The staff was great and lovely, provided me with a comfortable a twin room. The location was great, so close to the bus station, the coast, and lovely gardens dropping away from main terrace.

The food was CHEAP and there were variety of dishes in the menu. The room was nice, especially an amazing view of the lake and surrounding hills from the window. The daily service was nice. They offered ironing at no cost too. The location was stunning and unique, close to literally everything, it's a plus.

Make sure you stay in the guest room with 2 single beds as well as shared bathroom.

Peaceful hotel, fairly friendly staff at reception desk, everything was good. Fairly quiet rooms and exceptionally comfortable with bathroom and a balcony and 2 twin beds. Stunning setting, next to the lake far below and the restaurant. Also, in lovely gardens dropping away from main terrace. Ideal base for exploring Kibuye.
